What's the difference between Concierge and Self-Serve?

Both plans give you the same powerful AI assistant with Telegram and Discord integration. The Concierge plan adds a monthly 1-hour optimization call where we review how you're using your AI, configure new workflows, and make sure everything is running perfectly. You also get 5x the AI credits ($50 vs $10) and priority support.

What happens on the monthly call?

We review how you've been using your AI, find tasks that could be automated or streamlined, configure new workflows together, and make sure everything is running smoothly. The first call also includes full setup - you don't pay until everything works.

What are AI credits?

AI credits cover the cost of the AI models powering your assistant (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). The Concierge plan includes $50/month and Self-Serve includes $10/month. Most users never exceed their included credits. If you do, you can purchase additional credit packs from your dashboard.

Can I have multiple AI assistants?

Yes! Concierge includes up to 5 instances and Self-Serve includes up to 3. Many users run separate assistants for work and personal use, each with different AI models, personalities, and connected channels. Additional instances are $15/month each.

Can I set spending limits?

Yes! From your dashboard, you can set a monthly spending limit and choose to pause your service when the limit is reached to prevent any overage charges.

What is the refund policy?

The Concierge plan has a simple guarantee: you don't pay until your workflow is working. Self-Serve has no trial and no refunds. Both plans can be canceled anytime.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between plans anytime from your billing settings. Stripe handles proration automatically.
